Putting the Pieces Together:
Agidigm Corporation has created an expansion to our existing line of IT and
business consulting services that we believe warrants a special mention here on our
website. Recently, Agidigm developed and delivered a very successful
course in Business Process Mapping / Business Process Management in Tunis, Tunisia,
for Enda Inter-Arabe (this training is described more fully in the
news article to the right).
Although this may sound unusual for a firm that is primarily focused on
Performance Improvement and IT-focused consulting, it actually fits very

Introducing Our New Microfinance
Consulting Practice:
Agidigm Corporation has officially launched a Microfinance
Consulting practice focused on the development of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs).
Specifically, Agidigm will focus its new MFI practice in four principal
areas. These areas are: (1) The establishment of new MFIs;
(2) The improvement of existing MFI operations to support opportunities for growth;
(3) The preparation of MFIs for the implementation of new information technologies;
and, (4) The development of new opportunities for Micro Venture Support (MVS™)
and Micro Venture Creation (MVC™) in areas served by new or existing MFIs.

Heer. Prior to founding Alight, Rand was a co-founder and CFO of Pillar - Pillar developed the leading corporate financial modeling
and forecasting application of the 1990's. (Pillar was later sold to by Hyperion.)
Agidigm is proud to be an Alight consulting partner, as we believe this unique new
tool offers a significant amount of value for small-to-medium businesses, and for
internal divisions or business units of larger firms. We chose to affiliate
with Alight based upon our past experience with financial forecasting and modeling tools,
and an understanding of the actual requirements that are placed upon individuals who are not
part of traditional corporate financial groups - individuals ranging from division managers to
IT leaders, externally-focused product managers, and internal-directed project managers.

Agidigm announces the successful delivery of our
initial Microfinance-specific Business Process Mapping / Business Process Management
(BPM/M™) course at ENDA Inter-Arabe in Tunis, Tunisia. This course, which was developed
under a contract with the Grameen-Jameel partnership, is the first course
developed by Agidigm targeted for microfinance institutions (MFIs).
The BPM/M course is a derivative of Agidigm's existing
"Managing for Growth" series of integrated courseware and consulting.
